Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched from Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.
- Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer; we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
- A tracking link is shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order ships.
- Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed with you before the order is placed.
- Bulk and export orders ship on the packing, freight and delivery terms agreed in your quote.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are food items, we handle returns a little differently to protect quality and hygiene.
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened packs are eligible for return or replacement only in case of a genuine quality issue (damaged, expired, or incorrect item) — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs for quality-issue claims are covered by us; costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.
